TR Bathrooms (Trusted Reliable Bathrooms) is a working trading name for a London bathroom installation business. The legal entity and registration details behind this name are still being confirmed — this policy will be updated with them before real customer launch. Contact us at contact@trbathrooms.com.
What we collect
The website enquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone number, postcode, project type and message to our private admin inbox in Supabase. We use those details to review and respond to your request. If we create your customer project, the original enquiry becomes part of its first step, visible to you and our administrators. Submissions also use a hashed network identifier and email-based counters to limit repeated requests. This is a test website: please submit sample information while testing.
The client portal (for customers with an active project) holds an account email, your project record, stage messages, uploaded photos and documents, quotes and payment records — only what's needed to run your project.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, plan and deliver bathroom installation work, and keep the records behind your quote, progress and workmanship guarantee. We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't sell it.
Where it's stored
The client portal's data is held with Supabase, our database provider, in a UK data centre. The website itself is hosted with Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf — neither uses your information for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary ones for keeping you signed in to the client portal.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email contact@trbathrooms.com and we'll respond directly.
How long we keep it
Project and quote records are kept for at least as long as your workmanship guarantee runs, so we can support any claim under it. Enquiry details you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if how we handle information changes, particularly as this working brand moves toward a confirmed business launch.
