Overflow bath filler
No tap on the bath.
The bath fills through the overflow opening rather than from a tap, leaving the rim and wall clean. It's controlled from a valve on the wall.

What it is
One fitting combines the filler, overflow and waste. Water flows in quietly through the overflow, usually controlled by a thermostatic or diverter valve on the wall.
Good for
A clean look
No spout on the rim or wall.
Quiet filling
Water enters gently, below the surface once it's deep enough.
What to weigh up
Regulations
Because the inlet sits below the rim, it needs the right backflow protection under water regulations.
Flow
It fills a little more slowly than a large spout.
